You are here because you have a sense of being stuck. “Why can’t I just move on with my life and leave my past behind?” You are tired of repeating the same old negative patterns in your relationships. Life feels like a heavy burden at times and nobody really understands you or wants to know how YOU feel. Being isolated and alone makes you feel depressed and low. There is a lot of pain under the surface. You get triggered easily and overreact with bursts of anger or withdraw into your cave.

You wish old traumas and bad memories would just lose their grip on you so you could leave it all behind and feel safe. You don’t want to be a victim anymore, but you don’t know how to get unstuck. And it doesn’t help when you are told: “There is nothing we can do for you. You have to learn to live with it.”

The good news is that you, like many women before you, can free yourself from the chains of trauma, old shame, anger and fear. These heavy emotions are like layers of mud covering a shiny beautiful diamond. The truth is that we all have a pristine and indestructible diamond-like energy inside of us. All we need to do is to remove these layers so that our inner light can shine again. You can learn to reconnect with your inner power and beauty. You can leave the hurt behind and move from victim hood to self-respect and self-acceptance. You can feel safe, confident and be in supportive relationships.
